Can stress work for you?

The mind is turbulent if not often regulated.

In this state, it's difficult to tell what's really bothering you.

But there are indicators to assess your own stress levels. Here are the ways stress presents itself:

  1. Body - fatigue, constricted breathing, sore muscles, skin irritations.
  2. Mind - doubt, worry, irrational thought processes, foggy thoughts, indecision.
  3. Emotions - insomnia, irritability, depression, loss of confidence.
  4. Behavior - restlessness, substance abuse, isolation.

Recognizing your stress level is important, but is limiting compared to how you perceive stressful situations.
