8 hours on a consistent basis?
Looking back, at the times I struggled most with OCD, anxiety or general stress, I also struggled with sleep.
It may be a chicken or the egg relationship, but either way, sleep is crucial for maintaining emotional (and physical) health!
SO if you are overwhelmed, or lacking a positive sleep schedule, it may be time to further examine that relationship.
