Feeling Stressed On A Sunday?

The answer is usually a fear formed by your past experiences; one you likely are subjected to constantly. Like school, work, a boss, or relatives.

Sunday often brings the sober realization of a world we live in, but didn’t create. 

However intense your Sunday stress is, is how little you’re paying attention to what you can change.

As Joe Dispenza says, “a familiar past leads to a predictable future.”
