- Fear and Anger are the two negative feelings that will ensure detrimental decision making.
The repercussions of making decisions based on emotions in stressful situations are obvious enough.
If you find yourself stressed and making rushed decisions, the reason is a lack of knowing who you are and where you’re headed; if you know that, then stress is hardly an issue.
