And today is a new opportunity to speak with you. So let's continue talking about Acceptance & Responsibility.
While Acceptance is recognizing the moment is as it should be, Responsibility is not blaming anyone, including yourself.
Accepting Responsibility is not the same as accepting blame.
Your ability to respond in a healthy way lies in your definition of Responsibility, and if you are willing to accept that you can't step in the same river twice.
The opposite response is much worse. But more on this tomorrow.
