I recently came across one of the most unsettling truths I’ve ever heard.
Most men won’t receive flowers until their own funeral.
Which makes me wonder… What other gestures of appreciation are our loved-ones deprived of?
Like a Child Called ‘It’, we don’t know the extent of our despair. But we never think about the despair in others.
Don’t wait to show the people in your life how much you care about them.
And especially don’t wait until your funeral for flowers.
So I’ll say again, cry if you want to, but only if you WANT to.
