Think about the most accomplished person you know. How did they get to be where they’re at?
Anyone who has done something worth mentioning was taught (or inspired) by someone else who ‘laid the foundation’.
Someone who walked so that others could run.
Even the greatest teachers and earliest sages had mentors that paved the way.
Socrates mentored Plato.
Confucius relied on the deity Heaven.
Think deeply about what it is that you want to learn. And who is going to help get you there.
