How would you rate your average stress level over the last week, month or 6 months?
Are you putting up with the same stressors as before?
If so, here are my two pieces of advice to better manage your stress.
- Positive stress, like a wedding, birthday, or new job, will contribute equally to your stress threshold as negative stress.
- The way that you believe stress is impacting your body (either to maximize your output or draining your energy) will be true!
