Unless you are consciously downclimbing, you are ascending.
If you're not paying attention, you only notice it's not the view you want until you get to the top of your current mountain.
So occasionally, you may have to climb back down the mountain you're currently on to start climbing the one you really want to be on.
Some hills aren't worth dying on.
But be careful not to judge where you're at without noticing the steps you took to get here.
